Оказывается, в сторителлинге и сценариях тоже бывают фреймворки. Просто рассказать историю в стиле “Мы строили, строили, и наконец построили” не выйдет: люди уснут/разбегутся, если не управитесь в 2 минуты.

А как выйдет?

1/ Уровень “Новичок”, или любимый формат коммуникации консультантов
Фреймворк Ситуация-Проблема-Решение

- Ситуация: рынок финансовых услуг в стране растёт
- Проблема: но наш банк слишком мал, чтобы воспользоваться ростом рынка
- Решение: нужно купить конкурента ХХ и вложить YY млн долл

2/ Уровень "Любитель", или сценарии на коленке
Фреймворк Дена Хармона (Community, Rick & Morty)

- You (a character is in a zone of comfort)
- Need (but they want something)
- Go (they enter an unfamiliar situation)
- Search (adapt to it)
- Find (find what they wanted)
- Take (pay its price)
- Return (and go back to where they started)
- Change (now capable of change)

Вот тут по этому фреймворку разложен, например, "Крепкий орешек" (кстати, считается лучшим боевиком 20 века с точки зрения структуры истории)

Попробуйте в качестве развлечения разбить на эту структуру сторилайн "Короля льва" - там тоже крутой чётко выраженный сюжет.

3/ Уровень "Мастер" - Библия сценаристов
Фреймворк мономифа "Путь героя", сформулированный Джозефом Кэмпбеллом

- Ordinary World: The hero is introduced in their normal life.
- Call to Adventure: The hero is faced with a challenge or problem.
- Refusal of the Call: The hero hesitates or refuses the call to adventure due to fear or other reasons.
- Meeting the Mentor: The hero encounters a mentor who provides guidance, training, or magical equipment.
- Crossing the Threshold: The hero leaves the ordinary world and enters the unknown, starting their adventure.
- Tests, Allies, and Enemies: The hero faces tests, makes allies, and confronts enemies in the special world.
- Approach to the Inmost Cave: The hero approaches the central crisis or ordeal.
- Ordeal: The hero faces their greatest challenge and experiences a major hurdle or obstacle.
- Reward (Seizing the Sword): After overcoming the ordeal, the hero gains a reward or achieves their goal.
- The Road Back: The hero begins the journey back to the ordinary world, facing further challenges.
- Resurrection: The hero faces a final test or challenge upon returning home, often experiencing a transformation.
- Return with the Elixir: The hero returns home with a boon or treasure that has the power to transform the world or themselves.

Окей, тут уже посложнее - потому я и назвал уровень "Мастер". Впрочем, он 1-в-1 соотносится с уровнем "Любитель". Интересующиеся подробнее, читайте тут:

4/ Уровень "Легендарный"
