Education
- Higher Education gained in the leading International or local universities
- Numerous corporate trainings
- MBA degree is a plus
- Fluent in English.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in consulting and in- house (preferably FMCG), , including 5 years of managerial experience.
- Profound experience in Consulting (Big4, Big Strategy Consulting companies) In-house experience in multinational consumer companies.
- International experience is a plus.
- Regional exposure is a plus
- Experience of managing own business is a plus.

Hard skills
Experience of developing & implementing company and functional
strategies.
- Proven track record in managing projects by himself.
- Functional experience in marketing, finance, sales and other functional fields.
- Strong change/transformation management experience.

Soft skills
- Strong mental, change and learning agilities.
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
