Young, top-talented graduates in Business, Finance or Engineering with 2 year + of management consulting experience
Previous experience of leading consulting engagements is a plus

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to add value, influence change, innovate, visualise and create whilst providing outstanding client service
Dynamic and enthusiastic team player that enjoys driving internal and external client satisfaction
