BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST – AREA MANAGER
MARKETING & KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT IN A RUSSIAN ENERGY COMPANY ENGAGED IN OVERSEAS BUSINESS
Responsibilities:
• Working as part of a team on regional business development activities (regions – Latin America / Middle East/ Asia);
• Key account management activities, drafting action plans, business development strategies, project implementation models. Preparing sales presentations and materials for the customer;
• Market intelligence activities: market sizing and regional analysis, industry and business analysis, processing and analyzing a vast range of information from different sources. Working with databases. Preparing analytical presentations for the internal customers.
• Organization of the technical and marketing seminars and visits both in Russia / in the third countries (preparing presentations, visa support and organization lead);
• Participating in the regional conferences and exhibitions;
• Elaboration of the legal documents (memorandum of understanding, project development agreements, road maps, contracts, etc.);
• Media monitoring and drafting of PR-activities in the region;
• Workflow management, document and assignments control;
• Business & corporate correspondence;
• Preparation of the speaking notes for the top management of the company;
• Other activities without being bound to any particular country / region (elaboration of a new look of the marketing and analytical materials together with a designer, elaboration of the technical specifications for the marketing materials, CRM system, etc.).

Qualification / Requirements:
• Completed higher education, majoring in economics, business administration, international relations, law or political science;
• Experience in marketing analysis, account and project management is highly desired (>2-3 years).
• Fluent English, Spanish, Arabic is a plus;
• Understanding of the energy sector, business fundamentals and political trends;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to use various marketing tools and analytics;
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills;
• Good writing skills both in Russian and English;
• High motivation and unprecedentedly high degree of responsibility and commitment;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and in team.
