Iran Strengthens Air Defenses Amid Rising Tensions With US

Iran says it has significantly strengthened its air defense capabilities since the war, introducing new military equipment and conducting joint exercises with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to improve coordination, according to the semi-official Tasnim news agency.

Iranian Army spokesman Mohammad Akraminia also warned that US naval vessels would be forced to retreat farther away in the coming days. The statements come amid heightened tensions between Washington and Tehran, with US President Donald Trump reportedly considering further strikes against Iran.
