Itâs too bad that no one discovered the corruption of Albemarle Circuit Court earlier.
Worrell has already heard bail hearings and accepted plea deals. I only got involved with research in July. With a couple days of work and one FOIA request I turned up both Worrell and Tuftsâ conflicts of interest and passed on the info. Maybe someone else realized this too⌠I donât know, but it certainly wasnât realized before July.
Itâs good that some lawyers and defendants got this information one way or another. I congratulate them on making good use of it.
If you have already taken a plea deal, Iâm sorry no one realized this sooner. What happened to you was profoundly unjust. But it isnât too late. You can still file a complaint against Worrell with the VA Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission.
By not disclosing that he was (almost certainly) a material witness, he clearly violated Virginiaâs âcanons of judicial conductâ.
In your complaint, you should cite Canon 1; D; 1(d):
âA judge must recuse himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judgeâs impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to instances where⌠(d) the judge is a material witness in the matterâ
And Canon 1; D; 4-5:
âA judge should disclose information that the judge believes the parties or their lawyers might reasonably consider relevant to the question of disqualification, even if the judge believes there is no real basis for disqualification.â

In this connection you might mention the âpolitical activitiesâ of his wife and daughter (UVA Associate Professor Kathryn Laughon and BLM activist Althea Laughon-Worrell).

You should also file a misconduct claim with the VA State Bar against wax-faced fake-lawyer Lawton Tufts.
To anyone out there who is worried that there might be a âsecret indictmentâ against them: keep all of this in mind. If you are unfortunate enough to get hauled in, fight them every step of the way.
Fight the extradition. Call out the prosecutorâs office for using Tufts in the previous cases. Demand a change of venue. Demand a witness list. I bet you the prosecutionâs main (perhaps only) witness is that psycho-eyed fake preacher Seth Wispelwey. Subpoena every cop and commie you can think of as fast as you can.
These sanctimonious goons were across the street plotting to break the law. By their own admission (Heaphy 72-3)! Get the details from Heaphy's firm and then go ahead and subpoena every one of them.
If your lawyer advises you to âfight the case on the meritsâ or to not âaggravate the courtâ, fire him and get a new lawyer or represent yourself.
Youâll be tempted to try and hurry things up. âI have to get back to work/family/responsibilitiesâ. As much as you can, you need to put your life on hold. You donât want to end up taking a deal that could well ruin your work and family life.
Your right to a speedy trial does not mean that you should give up your right to fight extradition and to file every relevant motion and make complaints.
The evil and incompetent Albemarle Circuit Courts thought they could get away with a blatantly political series of prosecutions. "Secret indictments". They are arrogant thugs. Don't let them get out of this easy. Make them answer for what they've done.
