Judge Hogan was appointed to the bench in October 2014 by then-Governor Gary Herbert, a Republican.

White men who actually care about these issues have to step up and become the judges and prosecutors themselves, wielding real political power. Don’t leave that authority in the hands of your adversaries to use against you.
