topic: Cartesian tree
At first we will have a small lecture about cartesian tree. Then we will solve 3-4 medium/hard LeetCode problems on this topic.

Use your favorite programming language.

Minimal participant requirements:
* you have already successfully solved easy problems at LeetCode
* you have laptop, pen and paper
