U.S. Democratic Senator John Fetterman rejects describing Israel’s military operations in Gaza as genocide, considering them a “just war” in response to Hamas attacks, and noting that medical evacuations and population vaccinations have been permitted.

Fetterman added in his remarks: “This idea that it’s been a genocide or whatever...that’s just not what a genocide is.”

السيناتور الأمريكي الديمقراطي جون فيترمان يرفض وصف العمليات العسكرية الإسرائيلية في غزة بالإبادة الجماعية، معتبراً أنها "حرب عادلة" رداً على هجمات حماس، ومشيراً إلى السماح بعمليات الإجلاء الطبي وتطعيم السكان. 
وأضاف فيترمان في تصريحاته: "فكرة أن الأمر كان إبادة جماعية أو أياً كان... هذه ليست حقيقة الإبادة الجماعية".
