Recently the CDC published a recommendation for men who will take hormones that will make them grow breasts similar to women: "Transgender and non-binary people can give birth and breastfeed or feed."
In the CDC's Breastfeeding Guidelines sections, it contained information for women who had their breasts removed in sex-reassignment surgery, or for biological men who take breast development hormones like women, on how to feed their newborns.
