🇺🇦🇷🇺Volodymyr Zelensky said the diesel deal is only the first step and that sanctions relief on Russia will continue.

He added that Ukrainian and US negotiators could meet this week, that Kyiv supports talks to end the war, and that its minimum goal is an energy ceasefire. He also said Russia will try to recover part of its frozen assets through intermediaries and that Ukraine has information on those plans.

Zelensky said there are also important agreements on air defense and financial support, and that Ukraine will need an additional 70 billion euros in 2027. He said European partners understand that need and none has said no.
