🇷🇺🇺🇦A Russian citizen has been convicted in Belgorod for preparing a bombing on behalf of Ukrainian security services. According to the verdict, he underwent reconnaissance and sabotage training at a specialized center in Ukraine and was then sent covertly to the Belgorod region to carry out an attack on representatives of the authorities.

During his arrest, security forces seized two homemade explosive devices containing explosive material and foreign-made electronic components. The Second Western District Military Court sentenced him to 19 years in prison and a fine of 600,000 rubles on charges including preparing a terrorist attack, training for terrorist activity, illegal trafficking in destructive devices and treason.
