🇺🇦🇷🇺The Ukrainian Armed Forces said they struck two refineries in Russia yesterday and overnight on September 22, 2026: Bashneft-UNPZ in Ufa, in the Republic of Bashkortostan, and the Kuibyshev refinery in Samara, in Samara Oblast.
According to the Ukrainian General Staff, fires were reported at both sites. It said Bashneft-UNPZ has a processing capacity of about 7.5 million tons of crude a year, while the Kuibyshev refinery processes around 7 million tons and is part of Rosneft's structure.
