Amnistía Internacional denunció ejecuciones sumarias, torturas, detenciones arbitrarias y reclutamiento forzado del M23, respaldado por Ruanda, contra mineros artesanales en Rubaya y la mina de Lomera, en Kivu Norte y Sur. Al menos 18 menores fueron ejecutados y más de 20 mineros siguen detenidos en celdas subterráneas.

Amnesty International denounced summary executions, torture, arbitrary detention and forced recruitment by the Rwanda-backed M23 group against artisanal miners in Rubaya and the Lomera mine, in North and South Kivu. At least 18 minors were executed and more than 20 miners remain held in underground cells.
