🧩 entinyGram SDK — 0.1.1-beta

- fixed the marketplace crash in plain inugram, installed plugins are now detected there
- install in inugram works manually through a file, not automatically
- the catalog, search and plugin pages work everywhere

Feature plugins stay as they were: the requirement is still entinygram.sdk >=0.1.0-alpha, nothing needs reinstalling.
