Shadow Drift

Fugitive Vampires Traced Again
Evidence Found at Abandoned Factory

Hiding within an ordinary factory complex to deceive the Pursuit Unit, traces of life on the run were found inside their hideout, including dried bloodstains, empty blood bags believed to have been stolen from a hospital, as well as a radio and hand warmers.

In particular, they appear to have used the radio to monitor outside conditions in real time and carefully adjust their escape plans, while, due to their physical limitations of avoiding sunlight, they relied on hand warmers to maintain body temperature. Scattered playing cards on the floor show signs that they had moments of ease even while on the run, while also capturing the urgency of their sudden escape as the pursuit net closed in.

The Pursuit Unit continues its search, but the fugitives have already left the site and vanished back into the shadows, with public anxiety and vigilance rising once again.
