President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev Signs Constitutional Law on the International Digital Technology Center "Enterprise Uzbekistan"

The law gives the jurisdiction its full legal foundation — a special regime running through 2100, built on elements of English and Welsh law.

It covers everything from company registration and investment protections to a regulatory sandbox for testing new technologies, flexible work rules, and IP protection — creating a stable, long-term environment for global tech companies to build and scale from Uzbekistan.
