The topic: Biohacking
What makes you feel energetic? What makes you feel tired?
Where does taking care of your health end and biohacking begin?
Which methods actually increase your energy, and which ones just make you feel more awake?
What biohacking methods or supplements have you ever tried? What would you recommend, and what would you definitely not recommend?
Have you ever tried giving up something to feel better or have more energy — for example, fasting, coffee, sugar, alcohol, processed food, social media, or something else?
What healthy habit would you like to test for 30 days?
Would you stop using social media for a week?
Should parents be allowed to edit their children's genes?
Would you take a drug that improved your memory but had unknown long-term effects?
Have you heard of Ozempic before? What did you hear about it? (It can reduce appetite and make people feel full for longer)
He who has health has hope; and he who has hope has everything. — Thomas Carlyle
