The topic: The Voice in Your Head: Friend or Enemy?
"What does your inner voice usually sound like — calm, critical, funny?
Is your inner voice more like a coach, a drama queen, or a stand-up comedian?
Would your inner voice be a good roommate? Why or why not?
How can we train our inner voice to support, not judge?
How does your inner voice react when you say something awkward?
Do we ever “become” our inner voice — or can we change it?
How do you think your inner voice developed — from parents, school, experience?
Does your inner voice ever give you bad shopping advice?
Does your inner voice panic easily or stay chill under pressure?"
🌧Friends, a few changes to the schedule! 🏕 Hiking and ⛵️ sailing cruise are postponed until next week
✅ On Sunday, instead of Vokzal 1853, we’ll meet at 🔺PIK on Sennaya. Since it’s going to be rainy, we’ve chosen a location with the shortest and most convenient route from the metro. ☔️
