🥀 🇱🇧 | Today, we mourn the resistance leaders, fighters, and people of Lebanon who were lost across generations of war. We remember those who belonged to Hezbollah, Amal, and other resistance factions, as well as the countless men and women whose names never entered the public record. We remember the resistance history of Lebanon, its past and present, and all those who carried responsibilities that were never documented, whose stories were never published, and whose contributions may never reach the wider world. We mourn the commanders whose names became known, and those whose names remained hidden; those whose lives were recorded in history, and those remembered only by their families, comrades, and communities. Today, we remember all of them, known and unknown, documented and undocumented, past and present, and we acknowledge the human cost carried by generations of people who lived through Lebanon’s wars.
