🇾🇪 Yemen
— Yemeni forces entered Al-Turbah and cut the last supply route to Saudi-backed forces in Taiz.
— Southern Giants’ Brigades forces launched counterattacks against AnsarAllah positions in Dhubab District in southwestern Yemen, while pro-Emirates forces attacked recently captured Yemeni Army positions along the coast in an effort to retake them.
— A military source in the Yemeni Armed Forces told Saba News Agency: “By the grace of God, enemy Saudi forces have been repelled from Al-Mawasit District in Taiz Governorate, and we have reached Rashad Al-Alimi’s residence.” Reports subsequently said the house of Rashad Al-Alimi came under the control of the Yemeni Army after Saudi-backed forces were expelled from Al-Mawasit District.
— AnsarAllah member Hizam Al-Assad said Saudi forces continued to present “lies” and “illusions” to their forces, claiming that their reported victories existed only in media and social-media coverage. He said Saudi-backed mobilizations were retreating from Ras Al-Arah on the Gulf of Aden through Al-Mawasit and toward Al-Alimi’s residence in Taiz.
— AnsarAllah continued advancing in Taiz, with reports saying the forces had encircled the city from all four sides and that the pocket around Taiz had almost fully closed.
— Yemeni sources reported that the Yemeni Armed Forces continued advancing through the southern countryside of Taiz amid widespread collapses among Saudi-backed forces. The Yemeni Armed Forces reported liberating and taking control of Yafars, Thumud, Al-Adaf, Al-Azair, Al-Sharaja, Shanan, Al-Mahal, Sannan, Al-Shanakhb and Al-Karib.
— AnsarAllah tightened the siege of Taiz after capturing Al-A’lum, Al-Shau’ba and Al-Ain in Al-Mawasit District. The forces reportedly reached positions in the heights of Same’ District from the south, effectively closing the Taiz pocket, while operations to clear the remaining areas continued.
— Southern Giants and Saudi-backed PLC forces launched an offensive on the southern Yemeni coast toward Bab Al-Mandab. Saudi-aligned PLC forces claimed to have recaptured Al-Mokha, Bab Al-Mandab and Dhubab, while other reports said PLC forces had recaptured Murad, at the tip of the Bab Al-Mandab front, and advanced toward Dhubab Airport with heavy Saudi air support and logistical support from UK and French tanker aircraft.
— AnsarAllah continued to control Dhubab city and Al-Omari Mountain, which contains significant defensive positions. A large AnsarAllah reinforcement convoy carrying heavy weapons entered the Al-Omari–Dhubab area. Reports said the reinforcements later cleared the area and moved toward Dhubab Airport and Murad.
— Reports said PLC forces were expelled from Dhubab Airport after a small number of trucks briefly entered the area and filmed there. AnsarAllah subsequently encircled hundreds of PLC fighters near Dhubab after additional reinforcements arrived.
— Saudi aircraft carried out attacks on Hajjah Governorate, while Yemeni armed forces were reported to have repelled an attack by Saudi-backed forces in the governorate.
— Saudi airstrikes targeted Sanaa and Saada. Two raids hit the Beit Al-Huda area in Sa’wan, Bani Hushaish District, killing a female student and injuring two others. The Sanaa Ministry of Health later reported two women killed and seven civilians injured in Saudi airstrikes on Sanhan and Sa’wan. Saudi aircraft also carried out two raids on Al-Safra District and one raid on Al-Salem District in Saada, while Sahar District was targeted with six airstrikes.
— Yemeni Armed Forces announced that footage would be released showing Saudi forces gathered at Ras Al-Arah being targeted with several locally manufactured ballistic missiles.
