In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

O sons of our proud Iraqi people... O stalwarts of the nation and men of steadfastness, On this glorious and historic day, we raise our heads high and convey to you the news of the defeat and retreat of the last soldiers of the brutal occupation from the pure land of Iraq, dragging their tails of disappointment and humiliation, after they thought that the land of Mesopotamia would be a resting place for their ambitions, but it was a graveyard for them and hell for their arrogance.

This departure and submissive withdrawal was not a gift or a favor from anyone; rather, it was written with the blood of our righteous martyrs, inscribed by the arms of our heroic fighters, and forged through the strikes of our drones and missiles that pulverized their strongholds, disturbed their sleep, and turned the land of Iraq into fire beneath their feet until they found no way out except flight.

Our congratulations and pledge go to all the stationed heroes of the resistance, to every mother who offered a martyr, and to our patient people: that what has been achieved today is the fruit of your steadfastness and rejection of humiliation, and you have proven to the entire world that Iraq is a land that accepts division only by pride and dignity.

As we congratulate on this victory, we affirm the following firm principles:

First: What has been achieved today places a historical responsibility upon everyone to safeguard Iraqi sovereignty, and not to permit the reproduction of any foreign presence or the infringement of Iraq's independence under any title or name.

Second: Iraq—its land, sky, and waters—must remain subject to its full national sovereignty, and the decision of war, peace, security, and defense must be a purely Iraqi decision, far from all forms of foreign dictates and interventions.

And to the remnants of the occupation and its supporters, we send our final and stern message:

Our drones that destroyed your bases, and our men who pursued your remnants, are still vigilant upon the embers of struggle, with their hands on the trigger. Know that the land of Iraq is forbidden to you until the Day of Judgment, and any malicious attempt or insane thought of returning or violating the sovereignty of this country will be met with a volcano of fire that will leave no trace of you, and your return will merely be a ticket to a punishment more severe and harsh than what you have tasted.

"And if you return, We shall return; and We have made Hell a prison for the disbelievers."
