🇾🇪 Yemen • 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia

• Yemeni missiles targeted the Jazan and Najran regions of Saudi Arabia, while alerts were reported in both areas. Further alerts were reported in southwestern Saudi Arabia amid an Ansarullah ballistic missile attack.

• Ten pro-Saudi forces were killed in ongoing battles with Yemeni forces on the Al-Aghbara front in Lahij.

🇮🇶 Iraq • 🇮🇷 Iran

• Iraq’s presidency and other senior leadership institutions affirmed support for the Iraqi government’s request to exempt Najaf International Airport from American Treasury sanctions.

• The United States is considering a sanctions waiver for flights between Iran and Najaf in Iraq.

🇮🇷 Iran

• Majid Shakari, advisor to the Speaker of Iran’s Islamic Consultative Assembly, said: “There remains a ‘golden period’ of 36 days until the U.S. midterm elections. During this time, the Islamic Republic must either maintain or escalate the current level of tension. Any negotiating efforts aimed at easing economic pressure on the United States would be to the benefit of the enemy.”
