🇮🇷 | Fouad Izadi on Araghchi’s long Stay in New York:

Fouad Izadi, an Iranian political analyst and professor of American Studies at the University of Tehran, commented on Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi’s stay in New York.

Izadi said:

“Araghchi has remained in New York to reach an agreement.”

He added:

“Either Iran and America will not reach an agreement, or if they do, it will be something similar to the Islamabad model, where America attacks Iran again after the November elections.”

Izadi also referred to recent remarks by former US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, saying:

“Blinken said that reaching an agreement with Iran would mean Trump’s defeat, because Trump had defined his objective as the overthrow of Iran.”
