Allah Almighty said:

"When fear comes, you see them looking at you, their eyes rolling like one who is fainting from death. But when the fear passes, they lash you with sharp tongues..." (Al-Ahzab 19)

We call upon all the honorable sons of the Iraqi people, the sheikhs of authentic Arab tribes and clans, the leaders of the honorable Hussaini processions, our sons in airline companies, and the loyal airport employees to stand responsibly against the unjust decision to close Iraq's airports—and Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Airport in particular—to Iranian flights, in response to oppressive American pressure.

This decision violates national sovereignty, constitutes a sin in the history of resistant Iraq, and leads to dangerous humanitarian, economic, and religious repercussions, most notably:

• Blocking the path for patients and those seeking critical medical treatment abroad.

• Preventing hundreds of thousands of faithful pilgrims from visiting Commander of the Faithful (A) and the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (A) to perform pilgrimage.

• Damaging the local economy, religious tourism, and the livelihoods of companies and workers in this sector.

To stand against these unfair decisions and restore our national determination, we call on you all to participate broadly and actively in the sit-in protesting this unfair decision tomorrow, Monday, in front of the gate of Najaf International Airport.

Your attendance is a loyalty to the Shia of Commander of the Faithful (A) and a defense of the dignity and capabilities of this oppressed people.
