🇮🇷 Iran

- Iran announced that flights from the country to East Asia remain operational. Imam Khomeini Airport City confirmed that Iranian flights to destinations including China, Vietnam, and Malaysia continue despite restrictions imposed on Iranian aviation in several regional countries.

- Iran’s Ministry of Defense spokesperson said: “The enemy did not achieve any of its strategic objectives.” He stated that despite the costs and damage caused by the war, the enemy failed to achieve its main strategic goals, while Iran imposed costs on the enemy. He added that part of Iran’s strategic military capabilities has been transferred in recent years to secure underground infrastructure, strengthening the country’s defensive capabilities.

🇮🇶 Iraq

- The Iraqi Prime Minister’s Media Office announced that the Iraqi government is holding direct talks with america to exempt some Iraqi airports from the American Treasury measures affecting Iranian airlines operating to airports across the region.

- The Iraqi government also announced that Victoria Base is now free of American military presence, talks are underway in Istanbul regarding the evacuation of Bashiqa Base, Turkey will evacuate Bashiqa Base within 60 days, and three armed factions have handed over their drones and missiles.

- Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament Adnan Fayhan said: “The decision to ban Iranian civilian flights at Iraqi airports is hasty, ill-considered, and violates the constitution. We are ready to hold an extraordinary session if the decision to ban Iranian flights is not reversed.”
