🇮🇷 Breaking | Tasnim: Araghchi’s engagement with Witkoff was conducted without coordination with the relevant institutions:

A Tasnim reporter learned that Araghchi’s engagement with Witkoff, one of Trump’s representatives in the negotiations, was conducted without coordination with or obtaining authorization from the policymaking and responsible institutions in this area, including the Supreme National Security Council. Claims that this action had been coordinated are incorrect.

Mohsen Rezaei, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, also stated in a televised interview minutes ago that Iran’s seven conditions were supposed to be conveyed again to the “intermediaries.” This statement implicitly confirms that there was no authorization to go beyond these conditions and engage directly with Witkoff.

Accordingly, Tasnim says that Araghchi should respond to the relevant institutions and the Iranian people regarding this action, which it describes as contrary to national interests, and explain what calculation led him to commit what it calls a major error.
