🇱🇧 Lebanon

Israeli forces carried out extensive attacks across southern Lebanon on September 21. Israeli warplanes conducted raids on Nabatieh Fawqa, Kafr Tibnit, Wadi Al-Hujeir, Wadi Al-Saluqi, the outskirts of Baraashit, and Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah. Artillery shelling targeted Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah, Masha’a Mayfadoun, the outskirts of Baraashit, Hadatha, Beit Leif, Al-Mansouri, Kafr Tibnit, Ayta Al-Jabal, Wadi Al-Saluqi, Houla, Wadi Zibqin, the outskirts of Konin and Tulin, Marj Al-Khiam, and Al-Qantara. Explosions were reported in Al-Mansouri, Meiss Al-Jabal, Alman Al-Shumariya, Ainatha, and Deir Siriane, while illumination flares were fired over Zawtar Al-Sharqiyah, Markaba, Houla, Wadi Zibqin, Hadatha, and Wadi Al-Saluqi. Further attacks from midnight into September 22 included artillery shelling toward Tulin from Al-Qantara, Wadi Al-Saluqi, and Ali Al-Taher; an explosion in Al-Mansouri; illumination flares over Wadi Al-Saluqi and Houla; machine-gun fire targeting Houla, the Basta farm area on the outskirts of Kafr Shuba, and Al-Khiam; and launcher bombs in the Basta farm area. Later, Israeli artillery targeted Wadi Al-Saluqi, the town of Mayfadun, and the outskirts of Bani Hayyan. Artillery fire also continued to target Wadi Al-Saluqi.

🇾🇪 Yemen

Fierce clashes were reported between Ansar Allah and PLC forces in Taiz Governorate, while Saudi aircraft targeted several sites in Mokha. Internal armed clashes also erupted between Saudi-backed forces in the Zinjibar area of Abyan Governorate. Seven civilians, including two children and a woman, were martyred and eight others, including a child and a woman, were injured in Saudi raids on Mokha and Haifan during the previous 24 hours. Four telecommunications employees were also martyred and three others injured in raids on Khub and Al-Sha’af in Al-Jawf. Yemen’s Ministry of Health said five civilians from one family, including three children, were killed and wounded in Saudi airstrikes on Al-Batin in Al-Hazm District, Al-Jawf. Saudi forces also targeted residential areas in Saada with missiles, including Al-Dhahir District and neighbouring areas, while the residential area of Talhan, west of Haydan District, was targeted with rockets. Violent explosions were later reported in Taiz. A woman was also martyred and her husband seriously injured after Saudi-backed forces shelled the Al-Hariri neighbourhood in Salih District, Taiz.

The National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs said Saudi forces targeted a prison housing prisoners in Al-Hazm city, Al-Jawf Governorate, killing nine prisoners who had been captured during recent events. Separately, Yemeni security authorities said they had foiled an alleged terrorist operation involving plans to detonate booby-trapped motorcycles and use suicide attackers against markets and mosques in the capital, Sanaa. Further Saudi missile attacks were reported against Saada.

🇸🇾 Occupied Syria

Israeli occupation forces carried out another artillery attack in the western Daraa countryside, targeting the outskirts of the villages of Abedin and Jumla with artillery shells.

🇵🇸 Gaza

A Palestinian was wounded by Israeli occupation artillery shelling targeting the Shuja’iyya neighbourhood east of Gaza City.

🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia restarted the East-West oil pipeline and was expected to resume crude shipments from the Red Sea port of Yanbu after the pipeline had been shut down following drone attacks earlier this month.
