🔽Bitcoin price on Paradex briefly crashed to zero

On January 19, the price of BTC on the decentralized exchange Paradex (Starknet ecosystem) temporarily dropped to $0, triggering a wave of liquidations.

The team explained the incident as a technical failure and rolled the network back to a block before the issue occurred. All orders were force-closed (except TPSL). The platform has resumed operations and states that user funds are safe, with refunds still in progress.

The total losses and number of liquidated traders have not been disclosed.
