From now on, our Telegram Support will be available through one official source — 8lends Channel Direct Messages
🤩 We're doing this to protect you from phishing and other types of scams. Previously, there were a lot of scam accounts copying the avatars and nicknames of our support team. They could easily reach out to our investors, and some people fell for this type of scam.
But now, no one will be able to copy the whole Telegram group just to reach out to you and try to scam you.
Chat access is now available only via the "Apply to Join Group" button, with verification through the bot. There's no longer any need to DM the bot outside the chat.
Also, only the person trying to join the chat can see the welcome and verification messages. Other people already in the chat won't see these messages anymore.
🤩 Remember: If someone DMs you from another account claiming to be 8lends, it's not us.
