Many of you have asked about the transparency of some of our projects.
💯 In fact, each project card contains a lot of valuable information, and today we'll walk through one example to make the process of choosing projects for investment simpler and more transparent.
Let's take the Industrial Logistics project as an example.
We'll attach screenshots from the website, where each key piece of information is marked by numbers 🔽
1. Borrower's wallet — shows the total amount of funds collected.
2. Project table — includes deadlines, interest rates, total amount, and funding stages.
3. Risk score — click to learn more.
4. Debt-to-equity ratio — shows how much the borrower owes vs. their own funds, helping to assess overall risk. A ratio close to 1 indicates minimal deviation between debt and equity.
5. The Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio measures the loan amount against the value of the collateral, a key metric for investment safety. In the case of Industrial Logistics, it's 55%, which means the collateral value is nearly double the loan.
In practice, a $500,000 loan will be backed by ∼$1,000,000 in collateral.
This 2-to-1 coverage protects your capital. Even in case of a default, the ample collateral secures full repayment for all investors.
6. Financial performance — all borrower reports are relevant, real, and verified.
7. Planned use of borrowed funds — we don't require proof of every expense, but we encourage borrowers to share how funds are used. This is part of our ongoing transparency improvements.
8 & 9. Loan collateral — the collateral is legally fixed and forms the foundation of the transaction. It's the most important part of any deal. As mentioned above, the 55% LTV is mitigated by our stage-based approach and collateral reinvestment strategy.

11. Company registration number — you can check it if the company's registry is public in that country.
12. Recent activity — every investor transaction is on-chain, so you can see where the funds are going.
