Noah aka Ziusudra/Utnapishtim was King of Šuruppak in the original translation of the Weld Blundell antediluvian kings list

This is a secondary kings list, the better known one doesn't mention Ziusudra. There's some debate of this means man or king, but either way we saved our guy and flooded the neanderboon in Dilmun aka Bahrain.

Not the same rank as Enki etc, but still an ideal man, of god substance.
