Anu encounters an older species that he didn't create in the reed marshes. He raises his hand, the species raises its hand back. The species has rudimentary tools at its feet. Anu spends a day in silence observing the species.

This is yet more proof that these were the neanderthals, and I believe the later Nam Lu Ulu and Lulu Amelu were genetically modified with baboon DNA.

Check my earlier posts which show neanderthals were concentrated in the Levant after they returned there, this is on Wikipedia too as much as I avoid it. The heatmap there was formerly on The Conversation but they removed it.

This also shows the 'gods' were just us. They didn't create humans, they modded the neanderthal into the neanderboon, and the Edomites and Canaanites harbor this species.
