Yesterday, update was released in TikTok web and the ability to add sounds to videos disappeared. When uploading, the original sound remained even if the song was marked
We have released an extension update that fixes this issue!

1️⃣🧲By using the extension, you can easily add a song and it doesn't disappear anywhere

2️⃣🧲Now you can not leave 1% of the volume, but turn it down to at least negative values

3️⃣🧲Don't need to update anything, if you have the latest version of the extension from the Chrome Web Store installed, everything already works!
