executed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

ThermaSteam X begins commercial operations at its Jeongeup (South Korea) facility in
December 2026 as its flagship operational base, with ECOPHANT onboard as a long-term
strategic partner.

For the global deployment phase, ECOPHANT will architect a framework allowing $ECPT
holders to participate directly in and support real-world environmental asset (RWA)
expansion.
