7/ As you can see, EigenLayer fits perfectly into a modular future for blockchains. At @EclipseFND, we're excited to integrate with EigenLayer by supporting EigenDA. For more resources about EigenLayer, you should refer to their recent whitepaper! https://t.co/0Kbe9A5PmU— Eclipse (@ ETHDENVER) (@EclipseFND) Feb 27, 2023

6/ Use Case #3: Settlement You guessed it - EigenLayer can even be used to facilitate the settlement process for rollups. Rather than verifying fraud proofs or zk-proofs on-chain, you could instead enlist a set of EigenLayer stakers to run a settlement module.— Eclipse (@ ETHDENVER) (@EclipseFND) Feb 27, 2023

5/ Use Case #2: Sequencers-as-a-Service The sequencer for a rollup executes transactions. Rollup sequencers are currently centralized. A possible construction to decentralize with EigenLayer would reuse $ETH stake for sequencer leader election. Related: https://t.co/TycGh04Ld5— Eclipse (@ ETHDENVER) (@EclipseFND) Feb 27, 2023

4/ Use Case #1: Data Availability EigenDA is an opt-in middleware that incorporates data availability sampling and proof-of-custody. This means that Ethereum stake can be used to provide data availability even for rollups with high TPS like @EclipseFND. https://t.co/Y0kAudFtHM— Eclipse (@ ETHDENVER) (@EclipseFND) Feb 27, 2023

3/ EigenLayer enables $ETH stakers to opt in to validating new software modules on top of the Ethereum ecosystem. If stakers misbehave and don't run the modules correctly, they can have their mainnet $ETH stake slashed. https://t.co/ORKG8OIUD0— Eclipse (@ ETHDENVER) (@EclipseFND) Feb 27, 2023
