A league become a farmer league if their bottom 10 teams are weak. This is the idea of a farm league. You have 2-3 great teams that are way too good from the bottom. For example, I am a Bayern fan and I can accept the ideea we are way above the bottom 10 so we farm stats against them.

Premier league bottom 10 teams are way too strong. Just to make an idea his favorite team Barcelona lost last year against Chelsea with Delap & Garnacho on the pitch 3-0 and they finished 10th in the league.

The difference between Premier league bottom 10 and la liga bottom 10 is day and night.
