Dear friends and colleagues!

History is not created by itself. It is created by people – through their decisions, actions, and the opportunities they afford one another.

On October 13, 2026, the National Center “Russia” will serve as a meeting place for people from various countries who share an interest in Russia – its culture, traditions, opportunities, and future. The third International Catherine Forum will be held there.

The Catherine Forum is a forum – invitation to Russia. It offers foreigners an opportunity not only to gain a deeper understanding of our country but also to perceive it as a place for living, development, work, education, and the upbringing of children.

We wish to present Russia through what is the most essential – through the people who live here and create it every day, through our values, our achievements, and our aspiration to creation.

The name of the forum returns us to the legacy of Catherine II. The time when Russia opened itself to the world, invited talented individuals and supported the advancement of science, culture, and education. Today we continue along this path, creating a modern platform for international communication and cooperation.

We invite you to participate in the third International Catherine Forum 2026! Come to Russia to see it with your own eyes, to know more about its opportunities, and to become part of the new history that we are creating together.

We look forward to seeing you on October 13, 2026, in Moscow, at the National Center “Russia”!
