73% of iPhone users are dissatisfied with AI features. Samsung users are even more unimpressed – 87% aren't happy.

→ Users believe Apple Intelligence and Galaxy AI offer no real value.

→ 16.8% of iPhone users would consider switching to Samsung for better AI, while only 9.7% of Samsung users are open to switching to iPhone.

→ 15.4% think Apple Intelligence is better than Galaxy AI, 5.9% prefer Galaxy AI, and 32% think neither is better than the other.

→ Still, 47.6% of iPhone owners say AI features matter when choosing a new smartphone.
