→ Politico reports that the investigation into Pavel Durov (as well as his brother Nikolai) began much earlier than originally believed. According to the publication, arrest warrants for the Durov brothers were issued as early as March 25.

→ The brief description of the criminal case also mentions Telegram vice president Ilya Perekopsky, but the document does not say whether he was declared wanted and whether a warrant for his arrest was issued.
