The UAE is closely following the case of an Emirati citizen Pavel Durov arrested in France and has already requested → the French authorities to provide him with the necessary consular services.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs declares in a statement that taking care of citizens, protecting their interests, following up on their cases and helping them in every possible way are the UAE's top priorities.
