🚊 Innovative Mobility Solution for Rural Areas

In Germany, the MONOCAB project → has been unveiled by OWL University of Applied Sciences. These self-balancing mini railcars, designed to travel on old railway tracks, can carry 4-6 passengers on a single rail.

The MONOCAB aims to revitalize disused railways, offering a flexible and sustainable transport option for rural communities. Unlike traditional monorails, the MONOCAB can self-stabilize and run without a fixed schedule, operating on a "service-on-demand" model.

This project not only enhances connectivity but also promotes sustainability by reducing car dependency and utilizing existing infrastructure.
