What can make one duck different from another? 🤔

Of course, its skin - or, in other words, its appearance.
The rarer the duck, the more attributes it can have: 1 for Common ducks, 2 for Uncommon ducks, and so on.

Skins make ducks not only look better, but also make them suitable for collections. If a duck belongs to one of them, you’ll see an icon with two little ducks on the right side of its frame 🏠

Skins can be either inheritable or non-inheritable. We’ve already made a separate post about which collections can be obtained through breeding and which cannot - it is regularly updated.

If a skin is inheritable, then breeding gives you a chance to get a duck with the desired attribute. But keep in mind that inheriting some skins requires a Ducker Pass. Also note that skins are not inherited at all during merging ⛔️

For non-inheritable skins, Flipcoins come to the rescue. You can usually obtain them during special events and tournaments, as well as from Flipcoin Bags and Divine Eggs.

Over the time collections have been available in the game, their number has grown significantly. And surely everyone already has skins they love - and some they don’t (if you remember the duck with the square wing, drop a 🔥).

So why not run another activity in the comments?

Summer has come to an end 🏖

And that means new tasks and events are waiting for all of us. And the first one is already here!

🔸 “Big Knowledge Day” Collection
A sequel to last year’s collection, but even bigger and more exciting - with rewards of up to 10,000 Stars! And, of course, 100,000 Corn.

Common ducks from the collection will be available on an additional reward track in the Tasks section, while Flipcoins can be earned in the tournament on the Egg Field - on top of the current “Journey to the Sea” Flipcoins.

Play actively, and you’ll have everything you need to succeed — on average, 15–25 Flipcoins should be enough to collect the ducks 🛍

By the way, some of the ducks are connected to last year’s “Knowledge Day” collection. So if you haven’t completed it yet, this event will help you finish the collection.

Take part in the tournament as usual, earn event points, and collect rewards! You’ll find all kinds of prizes here — from Corn to Breeding Boosters that always come in handy. Easy as two plus two! 👨‍💻

The new Sabotage mechanics introduced in the previous update will also carry over to the main stages of the Show, with their balance slightly adjusted.

Ducks in Packs are on fire! 🔥

And we’re continuing to tell you about the upcoming improvements to the most social part of the game.

🔸 “Fellowship of the Pack” Collection
A new collection featuring 8 brave Uncommon ducks and 1 Rare duck, ready to embark on an incredible adventure! It offers rewards of up to 1,000 Ducky Gold.

Ducks from this collection can be obtained by finishing 1st–100th in the Packs Season.

Yes, you heard that right - the number of prize-winning places has been expanded. Players have fought valiantly over the past week, weathering the tomato storm. And now, chests containing collectible Uncommon ducks will be waiting for their heroes.

On top of that, the top 10 Packs will also receive chests containing Rare ducks from the “Fellowship of the Pack” collection, which cannot be obtained in any other way, at least until the next Packs Season.

This means that the leaders of the top 10 Packs will have a monopoly on completing the collection. They will decide who gets the Rare ducks and gets a chance to complete the collection 🤩

The other Packs will still have a great opportunity to trade on the market, as the selling limit for the new collection has been significantly increased.

🔸 Improvements to core Pack mechanics
We’re continuing to make playing in Packs more comfortable, and we hope every Ducker will find the perfect Pack if they haven’t already.

What’s available in Packs now:
🔹 Negative effects can be removed up to 3 times a day using Corn from the Treasury;
🔹 New members joining a Pack won’t be able to spend the Pack’s Corn during their first 7 days. In the future, this restriction will be replaced by a rank system, allowing Pack leaders to decide who gets access to privileges and can spend Corn.

The latest update is just one step toward the launch of the next season.

The Show has worked well, but we also hear that players are ready for something new.

That’s why we plan to take the best elements from both the Show and the Islands (leave a ❤️ if you remember them).

The rewards will be reworked, along with the way they are distributed.
In addition to gameplay improvements, we’ll also focus on visual upgrades and new animations, so spending time with the ducks will not only be fun, but also more enjoyable to look at.

New adventures are coming - calling everyone to action! 💪

The team has begun actively reworking Packs. The changes will be introduced gradually rather than all at once, so everyone will have time to get used to the new mechanics.

Where do we start? 🤨

🔸 Epic Sabotage in King of the Hill!
We've noticed that the lower a Pack is in the leagues, the harder Sabotage is for them, and we want to change that.

Now:
🔹 Sabotage cards have been significantly strengthened;
🔹 Sabotage cards are generated twice as fast;
🔹 With the Show Pass, the maximum Sabotage card limit is increased by 2 additional slots;
🔹 All Sabotage cards that burn Fans have been removed from the game.

There should be more plundering and more exciting battles. We hope that now not only top Packs, but also Packs with fewer active players, will be able to experience the thrill of battle 🙃

🔸 Reworked Sabotage protection
Previously, a Pack's maximum tomato capacity increased by a certain percentage after each plundering and remained that way until the end of the stage. This meant that it only made sense to plunder Packs near the very end.

To change this and keep Sabotage relevant throughout the entire competition, we've added a new bonus - Umbrellas. Each Umbrella increases the maximum number of tomatoes a Pack can withstand by 500. After each plundering, the Pack receives +1 Umbrella.

However, every day before the Tomato Fiesta begins at 18:30 UTC, the number of Umbrellas is reset based on the Pack's current position in the rankings.

The top-1 Pack receives 20 Umbrellas, the top-3 Pack receives 15, and so on in descending order. If you want your Pack to be plundered less often, climb as high as possible in the rankings!

If your goal is to rack up Fans through plundering, enter the game after the Tomato Fiesta begins, when the tomato limits of all Packs are at their lowest 🛍

🔸 Time to team up
We love seeing Packs increasingly making agreements with each other - signing non-aggression pacts or joining forces against other rivals. This is especially relevant now, since weathering the tomato storm won't be easy even for the strongest Packs, even with Umbrellas.

That's why we're adding new Sabotage cards that will remove tomatoes from your allies.
The top-2 Packs helping your Pack will also appear among the recommended targets, so you can return the favor 🥰

🔸 More information
Recommended Sabotage targets will become clearer and more informative - you'll immediately see how much damage an opposing Pack has dealt to yours and how many tomatoes are needed to finish off the target.

We're also adding a Pack player ranking for Sabotage, so everyone can track the most active saboteurs within the Pack 😎

🔸 Boosting activity in Packs
A new bonus will soon become available, with its size depending on the strength of the Pack. It will affect the reward for the first Show card completed each day.
Later, even before the next season begins, we're planning an event where success will directly depend on the number of active players in the Pack.

So recruit motivated teammates and don't put it off. Everyone's contribution will matter - and don't say we didn't warn you! 🤓

The price and duration of the pass remain the same, while the rewards have been slightly increased!

🔸 Simplified Gods' Trials
You no longer need to complete orders or spend Eggs to progress through the Trials. Rewards are now earned through daily activities that every Ducker naturally completes during active gameplay.

The rewards in the free track have also been adjusted to reflect the reduced cost of earning them.

Don't forget that the rewards include valuable Divine Eggs, which grant Flipcoins and make a great addition to the Penguin Shop. The higher the Egg's level, the rarer the Flipcoins you can obtain! 😎

You can now access the tasks and rewards through the icon on the left side of the game's main screen. All other core mechanics remain unchanged: tasks refresh at 20:00 UTC, reward size depends on your Trial level, and the pass contains 31 levels based on the amount of $DMD on your account.

🔸 Regular Tournament Improvements
You've probably noticed that you no longer need to restart the timer for Tournament Chests/Bags - it now starts automatically, with no need to press the button again.

And that's not all! The first three Chest/Bag openings each day have been reduced from 5 hours to 5, 10, and 15 minutes! 🤩

The guaranteed reward track has also become more generous, while the requirements to fill it have been increased. These changes will take effect after the Tournament Day ends - July 24 at 20:00 UTC.
