Debug Drupal Superfish Menu Problem - Upwork: When scrolling the web page the sticky menu at top shifts down about 10 pixels, then back up as you scroll to top.  I have tried to find the problem, but it appears to be something done in the javascript the Superfish menu uses.
Attached is a screen recording the shows the problem.  I will provide a tarball and database backup of the site you can install locally. My expectation is only a fairly minor edit of existing css/js files that would need to be modified, without the need for any new modules or redesign.
For a deliverable, I just need the updated files you needed to modify to fix the problem.
System is running:
Drupal 9.3.6
PHP 8.0.16
MariaDB 10.3.27Hourly Range: $13.00-$25.00
