And remember, U.S. military forces and federal agents were on the ground during those Iraqi raids.

So Iraq is working closely with the U.S., the U.S. is bombing Iran, and Iraq is also closing deals with Iran. If that sounds layered and contradictory, it's because it is. This is the fog of war. Nothing is black and white.
