Timing is everything. In order to build a new house on the new foundation, the old house must be completely torn down. XRP is a great utility. It works amazingly well. I have seen folks transfer $100,000 in like 5 seconds & the fee was less than a penny! Banks have done transfer testings — $750 million in several seconds & that cost about ONE PENNY.
