A woman worked from her own home in Tennessee. Never set foot in a mandated building. Asked for a religious accommodation. Arrow Electronics told her she lacked “religiosity,” then fired her.

That is not science. That is coercion.

Maria Govea stood her ground. The EEOC took the case. $200,000 later, corporate America is being reminded that the First Amendment did not expire in 2021.
