HERO! The armed man who RAN AFTER and NEUTRALIZED the Bend, OR elementary school shooter has been identified as Kaylub Giamanco, his brother tells NBC

This man should receive the PRESIDENTIAL MEDAL OF FREEDOM!

Kaylub was reportedly driving by the school on his lunch break when he saw the gunman enter the school, deciding to bolt after him and take him down before police were anywhere close.

This private citizen risked his life to save other people’s kids. Just incredible. Very American.
