New footage revealed that both a female driver and a motorcyclist escalated a violent road-rage confrontation in Louisville, Kentucky, on September 30.
The woman got out with a steering-wheel lock before the fight began. She later tried to tase the biker and struck the rear of his motorcycle with her car. No charges have been filed.
