Some of the smartest guys I know on here, who used to write 10,000 word essays that I always learned from, are now working in construction because they couldn't get a white-collar job, or even an interview, after 800+ job applications. A lot of friends tell me in private they're not doing well, or they had to change industries, or they're living at home with their parents, or they had to leave America to find work overseas. DEI crushed them. What are we doing to help them? Nothing. Not a thing. And these guys are ambitious, self-motivated, credentialed, genius autodidacts with intense work ethics. I shudder to think what life is like for the ordinary young white man who is not some brilliant outlier, he's just a normal American suffering from intense, systemic racial-sexual discrimination
